Hawaiian Island Twisters (HITS), a qualified 501c(3) non-for-profit organization, was established in 1996. We are currently located in Central Oahu, specifically the Mapunapuna area, near the Honolulu International Airport. Today, the facility is home to one of the most competitve gymnastics programs in the state of Hawaii. The club is honored to have prepared competitive team members for competition at the collegiate level, at the Elite Level, and gymnasts who have taken advantage of their gymnastics skills to work in the entertainment industry. We welcome you to explore the sport of gymnastics and to become a member of HITS ohana.
Our Mission:
Hawaiian Island Twisters's primary focus is to provide fitness, both mental and physical, to the children of Hawaii through the sport of gymnastics. Our goal is to build a solid foundation of self-confidence, balance and self-esteem in today's child. With these goals in mind, we offer a variety of classes for children of all ages, backgrounds and interests.
