Proper attire:
Boys:  t-shirt (tucked in) and shorts.
Girls:  leotard or shirt tucked into shorts
hair should be tied up and out of face

Please, no baggy shirts, jewelry, buttoned shorts, or socks.

NO FOOD or gum chewing is allowed in the gym. Only water and sports drinks are permitted. Cold water and sports drinks can be purchased from the gym for your convenience. To ensure that the gym is safe and clean, we request that all food be consumed at the tables in the common area outside of the gym.

Students are NOT allowed on the floor or on any equipment in the main gym or pre-school area until their designated coach begins instruction at the scheduled class time.

Parents are responsible for their children before and after class. If you will be late to pick up your child for an unexpected reason, please call the gym at 839-4494 to let the HITS staff know you are running late. Coaches will not be able to supervise your child after class.

Our coaches are highly qualified USA Gymnastics safety-certified coaches with many years of coaching experience. Please refrain from talking to your child while they are in class. Parental interference disrupts the coach’s instruction of the entire class.

The bathroom facilities are located on the opposite side of the Ranch 99 food court. Please ensure that your child has had the opportunity to use the bathroom prior to class. Coaches cannot stop their instruction nor escort students to the restroom at any time. Any student who needs to use the restroom will be referred to their parents, who will be responsible for escorting their child to the restroom. Gymnasts should be properly dressed when going to the restroom facilities. For example, girls should wear shorts over their leotards, and all gymnasts should wear shoes.
