HITS offers coached gym time to preschool or school-age groups of children.
Group Excursion may be held on Tuesday, Thursday or Friday mornings.
Recommended morning time: 9:30 - 11:00 a.m.
Cost:
$8.00/child flat rate (non-refundable)
Booking Process:
School or group must complete and sign a Booking Information & Policy Form (available below), to be returned to HITS at least two weeks (14 days) prior to the proposed excursion date.
HITS requires each student to come on the day of the excursion with a signed Participant Waiver Form. These should go home with students prior to excursion date and are also available below.
Finally, group must arrive on the day-of with all Participant Waiver Forms completed and with exact cash or check payment (payable to HITS) prepared.
Cancellation/No Show:
HITS asks that cancellations be made at least 48 hours prior to the date of the proposed excursion.
Groups cancelling within the 48 hours, or those not showing-up on the day of the scheduled excursion, will be asked to pay a $30.00 late cancellation fee.
